4th and D Street Apartment:
This project consisted of change of use from commercial to residential to create a studio apartment in downtown Davis. All the appliances are extra compact to take advantage of every sq in. Unique to the project are retrofitting the building with fire sprinklers, creating ADA access to the commercial tenant in the same building and coordinating the construction in a very limited access job site in the core area of Davis
